Chicato, Francisco Manrique - Complement [Future Avenue]

REWLER Records frontman Andrew Meller has had one hell of a 2023. From his debut release on Solomun’s Diynamic imprint to playing alongside the renowned tastemaker in Bulgaria, his residency at Dubrovnik’s Culture Club Revelin, gracing the decks at Blue Marlin Ibiza and everything in between, it’s been one to remember. Meller now looks to seal 2023 with one last dose of musical magic as he returns to his home ground of REWLER with an emphatic two-track EP to see out the year in style.
Andrew starts with ‘Dash’, showcasing his unique rhythmic style of powerful drum grooves and tight percussion. The track features a gritty synth lead and deep sub-bass, creating an unpredictable dancefloor hit with creative modulation. Layton Giordani - Act of God (ft Linney & Sarah de Warren) [Extended Mix]

One of my biggest inspirations growing up as a kid in this industry is on the remix front for one of my latest records 'Stereo Retrograde'. David Morales needs no introduction - truly an unbelievable musician, DJ, and one of the pioneers of electronic music throughout its history.  There are no words to do justice to how badass I think he is and I am humbled and grateful that he came up with a HUGE batch of remixes here.  Very modal building techno with flashes of strings and tension building moments is the name of the game here.  The Dub reminds me of Italy at Coco, or Cavo Paradiso in Mykonos, and the Relentless Remix reminds me of peak time hands in the air rave vibes.
