 '' Maiden Voyage'' official track of ''Sarhadain'' in which American & Pakistani Musicians created a Fusion Style track . Ragaa ''Mishra Shiv Ranjhni'' is a Classical Ragaa and was chosen for this track.  ''Sarhadain'' Team recorded a fusion track in a 6 beat tempo which provided a framework for the Sitar , Sarangi , Drums , Guitar and Keyboard.

Wajih ull Husnain Nizami, a Pakistani Musician, Composer and Writer as well, who plays the plucked string instrument SITAR. He has been described as the most known Contemporary Pakistani Musician. A brilliant performer, acclaimed as one of the most outstanding Sitar players of the Country today among  the present generation. His Sitar sparkles with the rare combination of Virtuosity with technical finesse and a deep sense of aesthetics. His music also reflects the eternal essence of Sitar, and has been groomed in a musical atmosphere since his birth. Wajih ull Husnain Nizami is a classical "SITARIST“ and upholds the tradition of sitar playing handed down to him through 18 generations of dedication and devotion to music. He is carrying legacy from family indeed belongs to “Senia Gharana” after the name of “Mian Tan Sein Ji’’

Blaise Serpas is a Sarangi player from the United States and has learned from several teachers which include Andrew McLean, Zohaib Hassan and Kamal Sabri. His dedication to Indian Classical Music is felt through his playing. 

Haroon Leo is a Guitarist / Musical Arranger . A young Artist from Pakistan. He has extensively performed fusion with various international bands in different countries . He was the one of the musicians in Nescafe Basement Team .  He is performing at a very high level concerts stage .

Maiden Voyage

synnack Katrina is a ~45 minute experimental, dark ambient release by synnack which explores the time period surrounding Hurricane Katrina and the subsequent impact on those from the affected area. This release combines recordings of analog modular synthesis and Max for Live devices with field recordings compiled and calaloged between 2005 and 2011 - many of which are actually audio tracks from amateur camcorder footage taken by friends of my family during and after the storm. All recordings were combined into a single Ableton Live set, and the resulting composition was created from a single take of a studio performance in December 2011, with final mixing and mastering completed in early 2012.

Hurricane Katrina of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season was one of the five deadliest in the history of the United States. Hurricane Katrina formed over the Bahamas on August 23, 2005 and made its second landfall as a Category 3 storm on the morning of Monday, August 29 in southeast Louisiana.

At least 1,836 people died in the storm and the subsequent floods. $81.2 billion (2005 U.S. dollars) in damage orrured as a result of the storm and failure of the goverment to respond appropriately, making it the costliest tropical cyclone in U.S. history. These statistics alone are staggering, but perhaps only tell part of the story of what was lost in 2005.

synnack Katrina is part of the Natural Disaster Series by Force of Nature which provides a creative outlet to explore the battle between humanity and nature's destructive face.

synnack is the artistic moniker of Clint Michael Sand and his collaborators. Defying an easy description, synnack is perhaps best described as experimental electronic music fused with new media performance mediums.

Blurring the lines between art installations, music concerts, and audio releases, synnack combines dark ambient/IDM/Glitch-styled sound generation using custom software environments and analog modular synthesis to manipulate audio and video at fundamental levels for artistic expression. Though often entirely laptop and synthisiser generated, synnack leverages live sequencing, dynamic video processing (via 0xf8studios.com), and dub-inspired mixing techniques such that no two synnack performances are the same.
