Autocratic Clown

I would like to introduce my son, Joseph, who indulged his dad and did a fabulous job of filling out the end of this short tune with some wonderful guitar soloing on the outro. Even though he has only been playing for a few years, he is miles ahead of where I was at his age as a musician. I couldn't be prouder, and I know that my dad is looking down and smiling, as he played piano and wrote music. I hope this is the first of many!

hello friends, since I'm taking a break from german lyrics, I'd like to try something I know nothing about that will probably backfire: english lyrics (I wish I were just a fraction as talented as my fabulous friend terry reeves). 

I've chosen an instrumental piece I wrote 13 years ago as my very first upload to soundcloud under the name roth whyler. at the time, I had in mind the story of a woman who remembers the love of her life to whom she never confessed her feelings: her boyfriend's girlfriend. I had the machine create a playback based on my original piece as a test. after heaps of attempts, the result expressed such weird chaos of emotions that I left everything as it was. 

why bluegrass? because I just massively love the longing way of its dealing with 3/4 time.

I had a dream to be a basketball player when I was very young.I gave it up, but kept watching ball games for years. I wrote this song Inspired by the great players’ super plays and strong minds.

Recorded in 2021. remastered.  I have to have a new way to play the piano. My sister and my son are doing that. They are working out a way to bring the piano to my hospital bed. I can no longer sit up, even in my powerchair. It's too uncomfortable and hard to breathe. I don't have functioning back or abdominal muscles, and I can't lift my head off my chest unless In laying back. Only my arms and hands are semi-functioning. My thumbs are going bad. I can't pull a zipper. I won't be able to play as well and I don't know how I'll work the sustain pedal - but I'll do my best! 😊🎶🎹🎶

War broke our lives to BEFORE and AFTER its start... Russian aggression has no boundaries, it's Universal. Our house happened to be on the war front line so our family had to leave behind our home and escape just to save our lives. We had spent 8 days in hell being under Russian missiles and bombs...
 In my "previous" life I used to create music and still have got some unreleased works.
 All the tracks are played, recorded and mixed on Yamaha Clavinova CVP505 without using any software.
Now I have no piano, no more chance to record music. The only sense of life is to survive. If you're Russian please don't follow me. We have nothing in common anymore. We'll never forgive you this disgusting bloody war against Ukrainian children. Each of you is GUILTY.
