In our lives, we are granted the opportunity to witness the departure of our loved ones. Some depart through doors, never to return, yet still exist somewhere. Others leave suddenly, unexpectedly. Yet some depart when we are somewhat prepared, for their age predisposes them to it. However, there are also departures more challenging... when we observe the tree of the mind of a beloved, from which memories' leaves fall, and even the freshest, youngest cannot hold on to it. We cannot help, we can only watch how they fall...

Composing this little piece was very personal. It was combined with the realization of a fact from my immediate surroundings. I left all imperfections of my playing because of how I felt at that moment. It wasn't an improvisation, it was an interpretation of a theme that I've developed few minutes earlier. War broke our lives to BEFORE and AFTER its start... Russian aggression has no boundaries, it's Universal. Our house happened to be on the war front line so our family had to leave behind our home and escape just to save our lives. We had spent 8 days in hell being under Russian missiles and bombs...
 In my "previous" life I used to create music and still have got some unreleased works.
 All the tracks are played, recorded and mixed on Yamaha Clavinova CVP505 without using any software.
Now I have no piano, no more chance to record music. The only sense of life is to survive. If you're Russian please don't follow me. We have nothing in common anymore. We'll never forgive you this disgusting bloody war against Ukrainian children. Each of you is GUILTY.
