When vikram sir pointed out that eradicating deprivation in early life is one solution, I immediately thought of Day care schools. Would it be beneficial, if we provide free day care for all, or at least most of all using some conditional incentives say, for an identified section of poor, the day care charges could be tremendously reduced, and they experience the same level of security, affection, and benevolence. Certainly the poor would be reluctant in investing in such a thing, but we need to put a message(something like 'Day Care: A guided growth of your child to become more educated, and an asset to our family, and to the nation). It is tough, but is it worth a try? What are the downsides?

The generalists, realists, sentimentalists, cocksurists, dogmatists, and even (the worthy) specialists. They all have their 'methodology'. And then, there are a handful few who obsess only & only about The Os in Anthropology (#TOIA). Ohs.
