A: "For me the most iconic mix ever has got to be Accelerationism’s (@ekkeltype & @mariusbo) @crudeberlin mix. I randomly chose it from the crude page when my bestie and I went back to my house after a party a few years ago. Sounds silly but it just sent us to another realm. its just such an emotional, gripping journey and I don’t think I’ve experienced something like it since. I often forget about it for months and then when I put it on it takes me right back to this beautiful moment with my one of my longest and most precious friends. I think anyone that’s seen those two play in a club or at a rave could agree with how special the atmosphere they create is."

Ode to Olive is a release, event and fundraising project initiated and curated by proud Wiradjrui/Ngunnawal man LANDFILL and platformed via MEGANESIA.

Honoring his late Grandmother and matriarch of the family, Olive, and with all proceeds from the project going to Wirringa Baiya and Deadly Connections, this project has been brought together from artists that LANDFILL not only admires for their artistry, but also their outward support for his people’s self determination and healing.

Artwork for the release has been contributed by Naarm based visual artist, Yugambeh and Kuku Yalnji man Nicholas Currie.

Slumjuice, a dynamic DJ/producer duo from southern Zealand, Denmark, brings versatile sets ranging from hypnotic minimal to fast-paced groovy techno. Known for infectious energy and seamless mixing, they aim to find those hidden tracks between two songs. Their main goal is to take the listener/dancers on a journey by curating a coherent sound experience. 
With over 30 years of combined experience, they are well-armed with proper good techno, as digging for tunes is a serious part of their craft.

The set contains lots of bouncy elements for your feet, a bit of deep atmospheric sounds for your ears, and some of that good tribal stuff for your mood.
