In 2020, the melodic progressive world was taken by storm by Japan's own, Yusuke Teranishi. His debut album, Over the World's clouds, having followed a streak of buzz-generating EP's and singles, was a successful and eye-opening release that further ventured this talented artist into the top yearly producers. Fast forward a year later and we're ecstatic to unveil a project the whole progressive community should be proud of, the remixed album of the aforementioned release. Bringing together no less than 18 remixers for stunning renditions, spanning from pure melodic progressive gems, to deeper organic house cuts and inventive melo ambient pieces, this is a joy to listen to from start to end. Returning here on Synth, this is Yusuke Teranishi with 'Over the world's clouds' in remixed form, a telltale of both our hemispheres coming together within music.

Tis’ the season for even more pensive moods, reflective thoughts, and nonchalant reverie with our fifth remixed album. We are delighted to present eight fabulous remixed tracks by an all-star ensemble, which includes label veterans and returnees, but features prominent names in melodic progressive, including Musty and Cosmaks.

Cosmaks lays on the emotions with his remix of Wolkengrau's "Summer Nights". This sentimental tune aligns passion with a romance for the melodic progressive genre. Steven Liquid, whose alias is Cullera, gives Lumidelic's chillout soundscape "Subway" a vibrant, trancey uplift. Progressive House superstar, Musty, debuts with a with a beautiful rendition of Miroslav vs. Mark & Lukas's "Back in Time". No intro is necessary to describe the incredible resume and sounds of his talents. Zyfaii's remix of "Memories" is pure melodic jazz! Arpeggiated chords decorate this brilliant progressive house tune. As you may have noticed a familiar name on this roster, it is true, Ciree has more audible stories to tell. He begins anew with a splendid remix of "Loneliness". Progressive trance with his signature melodic stabs emit a classic Ciree recipe. Tristan Armes returns with a gorgeous remix of Sou Enomoto's "Seseragi". Such smooth beach vibes and balearic bliss evoke a desire for summer. Kay-D's remix of "Purple Horizons" is a pensive progressive track with plenty of melodic motifs and club-oriented appeal. Tom Bro shares his love for the 80s in this retro-themed rendition of "Plastic Dreams". Retro and Nu-Disco fans will love this!

In anticipation to his long-awaited artist album, Japanese artist Yusuke Teranishi treats us to another gem, 'Starry skies'. Give into the mellow, romantic sounds of the dusk as we gaze directly into the soul of the blue yonder. As expected, the original mix is an atmospheric melodic piece, mixing deep interwoven piano themes with solid rhythm and an uplifting and hopeful vibe. Mesmerizing. The package is completed by two wonderful remixes by Netherlands-based talent Vince Forwards, which strips his production to a meditating piece with a haunting breakdown and US meloprog wizard, Z8phyR, that brings forth a rendition that exudes warmth and joy. The Slovakia bound duo of Mark & Lukas makes their first impression through our Progressive House Worldwide imprint through 2021 as they this time collaborate with London, UK based Houce. They do it with the stunning “When We’re Together”. This surely is a little diamond created together here as we go back to the roots of melodic progressive house through their beautiful journey. Lovely melodic progressions, perfect harmonies and a good load of superb plucks is right in front of you. Heartwarming is the least we can say! 

On remix duty, Aeolu5 makes his return to the label with a new remake under his belt. He’s keeping the melodic flow but also puts his very own dynamics through his take on it. With great variety in grooves, he takes this in a different direction, still with a super melodic and warm approach that flavors the release. 

We are also happy and  honored to see the return of Fiben to the label family. He’s a producer that has been a major influence on PHW over the past years and someone that we trust fully in his skills. He is back with a well rounded progressive act, just as we expected. He delivers as always in full flare, bringing smooth melodic hooks together and creates a brilliant atmosphere.
