Globally acclaimed talent Shingo Nakamura recently released his "Only Silk 02" compilation on parent label Silk Digital, featuring his original track "The Four". On Silk Royal's latest single, we're thrilled to present a new remix of this cut by Sundriver, another of our imprint's most decorated veterans. He has been writing euphoric, often Balearic-tinged progressive for the better part of a decade and looks forward to an exciting 2014, with several standout remixes arriving in the new few months alone. For the second track in the release, we've invited fellow progressive trance craftsman Talamanca, a first-time contributor to Silk, to remix Shingo's classic "Sapporo". Talamanca, like Sundriver, has enjoyed wonderful radio support in his career on some of the world's leading trance-centered radio shows.

Sundriver's remix of "The Four" asserts itself right out of the gate, with a driving rhythm, while uplifting pads and arps begin to infiltrate the mid-range. By the quarter turn, a symphony of melodic elements has conspired to overpower the listener with a lush and emotive soundscape. Yet, the track highlight does not occur until the break, when we are truly swept away by a light breakbeat, coupled with a mellifluous, Ibiza-influenced guitar riff. The stunning drop to follow features all of the melodic layers in harmonic unison.

Dutch talent Talamanca also starts his remix of "Sapporo" in driving fashion. We are soon met by several of the original's most memorable themes. Talamanca succeeds in making this interpretation his own by contributing numerous new variations on the lead motifs, all of which are truly breath-taking. In the main break, a powerful, trance-influenced lead is introduced, giving his take a bit of extra muscle for the dancefloor.

Previously releasing 2 exquisite free downloads with us, Keith has returned to deliver this class act of an EP that is sure to have everyone in a daze by its incredible quality but we'll let you be the judge of that so enjoy!

First up you'll get to indulge your senses on 'City Lights', a smooth, crisp & delightful original that is composed up of big melodies with the epic layereing of the chords; melded in with the warm synth variations. Its upbeat & energetic nature will have you breathing in the freshness of the sound, just as you would walking down a well lit street that is bathed in the chilled autumn air. Such tenderness & with so much allure, the piano breakdown reignites the brilliance of the production, continuing to soothe you into a peaceful but wake lumber before returning you back to the steady, clear blend of all the beautiful textures.

Following this, we have the dynamite original 'Southern Lights'. The start already signifies the intensity with the way the hypnotic kicks chime along with the other subtle range of percussions, waiting for the luscious breakthrough into the bubbly chord work. Another that is exploding with fabulous melodic hooks, this top of line track hits you instantly, allowing you to feel contentment, in the part of your soul that is confined; this immensely emotional yet happy melody bursting through to it.  With a cinematic sounding break down, there is a feeling of floating above in tune with the gorgeous sound structure this segment is built up it. It really touches the deepest horizons when it launches into the warm pad ladened jump, furthering the delightful feeling of pure bliss when exposed to such magnificent music.

To wrap up this trio of tremendously tasteful tunes, we have the aptly titled 'Goodbye', another upbeat & smoothly flowing production that signs off this amazing EP in the most majestic of ways there is. It oozes a very friendly & positive vibe, the sweet melody work once again leaving you speechless with the level of emotion that bursts through from it. With an excellent range of chords working the hook from all angles, this mesmerizing finisher enhances the beauty of a longing goodbye, but not forever as no goodbye is permanent if it isn't meant to be. The chirpy & electrified synth range accommodates the overall atmosphere of it, leading to a dynamic electro feel, citing the positive aura once again. The addition of the nifty & gritty bass line sends jolts of energy through the air, allowing you to let go & enjoy life as carefree as possible, living in the moment & seeing what further endeavors will be thrown your way.

This EP from an incredible producer summarizes without words what melodic progressive house is & the raw range of sounds & feelings it brings along with it. We could not be more thrilled to be able to deliver this prodigious package to you all. We are as thrilled as ever to bring on new artist to our roster, that feel their music should be taken on to the back catalog of Progressive House Worldwide and today we are able to unleash another melody driven progressive release. This time we are pleased to let Yasuha. loose on the label, as he unarguably is one of the more interesting producers on the scene with his amazing soundscapes. 

He delivers in full flare, taking us on majestic journeys with his double original release. First out is “Morning Glory”, a wonderful ride about melodic arrangements and full on progressive grooves and harmonies. 

To spice things up, we see two of our buddies from Norway taking charge as Ethillas & Nistad took on the challenge to put more drive into the original ideas from Yasuha. We can’t say less than that they have succeeded. With an energy filled little gem from these two truly talented artists, we see a new outcome of the original, including warm harmonies through vocal samples added on and then some really uplifting melodic sounds. We are truly happy to see the guys back that quick with this beauty. 

Next up is the second original from Yasuha., this one named as “Morning Glory”. Here he delivers in full flare once more, as we are delighted to see him bring on the full artillery of melodic vibes and “sunny beaches feel”. We were absolutely blown away when we first heard it and never looked back really, this is tremendous. 

Here we also see another interpretation, as the Brazilian “man of melodies” takes charge, yes we are of course talking about Rod Veldt. As always he shines with his superb melodic style, where he blends warm harmonies with driving grooves to build his trademark sound. There isn’t much more to say, than that we let the music talk for itself, sometimes that’s the only way to go, and we do feel this is one release that is like that.

We absolutely love when we can bring on new talents to the PHW roster and today we are right on track as we are delighted to bring on the talented producer based in Houston, Texas, Will Canas to the Progressive House Worldwide imprint with his melody driven progressive original called "Your Light Brown Eyes". 

This is a smooth melodic progressive house journey perfectly made for sunny days on the beach or just a lazy days walking through scenic places. It has that lovely warm feel of chords, progressions and everything inbetween that we often look for. 

Ireland base ace Keith Harris returns to us with another magic piece, this one taking a slightly more aggressive and energetic way through clever bass lines, well fitting melodic arrangements. He's definitely one to keep watching for 2017, as he is to have a great year ahead with his creative way of making music. 

We are also happy to present the return on the label from Russian producer Mekao that we saw with us a few months back, through our compilation PHW & Friends. Now he took on the challenge to give this original from Will Canas his interpret. His creativity shines through once more, as he delivers a smooth, a bit more stripped down way of thinking about the track, and he is not to leave anything to chance. A straightforward melodic progressive journey, he once again showcase what he is made of. 
A superb release has landed, and we do hope this is one for you to enjoy, if you are after the melodic progressive genre.
