Only one edition this month due to moving my daughter & son-in-law out of my place into their newly renovated home. 

Meanwhile, I present our first Sequences audio tape from 1992 remastered was born from the demise of the UK Electronic music audio magazine, Inkeys and the short-lived Syntrax.  Our debut edition, released in 1992, was the only one mastered on audio cassette, which, unfortunately, is now unplayable. This is a remastered version without the banter between tracks (we couldn’t extract) using the original CDs & cassettes (which, luckily, were okay). There were no downloads in those days. All promos came by post & visiting various festivals; the tracks on the original tape were cut short, but now they are complete except for those that needed an edit due to their length.

I was a complete novice starting this project with no experience. I have to blame my good friend for many years Clive Littlewood (Electronical Dreams), for starting this audio magazine.  Armed with only a cassette recorder, no software, and no mixer, adding banter between tracks was a very tedious stop-start affair. Looking back now, it was very primitive, and I’m somewhat embarrassed listening to the original tape now. I purchased a DAT recorder & a simple mixer for later editions onwards, which made it easier to compile the tapes.     Mick (theEd)

Construction is Nadya Peek & Marko Ahtisasri bringing a unique strong ambient laid back jazz influence sound.
Syngate's latest offering A.D.S.R. is a music project of nameless people and their sound generators. A dreamer & love of creating spacious soundscapes NAmbient.  The duo Phillip Wilkerson & Jourdan Laik known as Time Being, are in top form as they venture into over 70 minutes of deep-drifting, time-melting, soul-stirring bliss that hovers delicately at the fringes of darkness and light. Music composed by Sergio Mariani surrounding a Steel Guitar among other electronic instruments, to give you peace and tranquility for quiet moments of prayer, pondering, or just to take it easy and enjoy. As one of the three artists in the Band Airsculpture, Peter Ruczynski solo project Softbase is no stranger to the more esoteric and ambient side of EM, enjoy this solo ramble into different sonic worlds & finally the album Asthenosphere, according to Lethave Plank, "takes up the baton of a hypothesis that could not be proved until several decades after it was formulated, and in the romantic idea of a dream that survives its creator".
