As expected, Papyrus has a Genocide Battle in the Judgement Hall (replacement). As it was said in the Google Doc, Papyrus is losing confidence in himself, and in how cool he actually is, so he tries many things just to appeal more to people (i.e. Trying out an 80’s Greaser Style). But, this problem gets worse in the Genocide route, as Papyrus’ friends are gone, he becomes depressed (hence the tired expression) and starts smoking, just to calm himself down a bit.

Fun Fact: The name “Far Greater than a Tussle” and the Eye Flash is a reference to the Undertale Kickstarter artwork that was done once the Papyrus reward tier had been achieved.
The name can also be depicted as the battle being a bit different from the other genocide battles.
