Here are some excerpts from my current project of covering Gary Numan's The Pleasure Principle. 
It features the GForce Minimonsta on the bass synth sounds and Arturia Modular V on Polymoog Voxhumana.
The tracks feature soloed bass synth parts to hear the treaments/fx used in isolation.

"Gloss", or a song about robots.

Here's a song I've been working on for around two years now, it's gone through maybe five arrangements including synthpop, dream pop, indie rock, before finally settling on a sort of indie folk kinda thing.

This track also features the kick-ass Jason Parker on drums (get a load of that shuffle!) and Tim Shaw who provides a smoky tenor sax section.

Gloss

Oh, MAN!

This was so much fun to recreate! I started with a simple LM-1 pattern, courtesy of Aly James's great VLinn plug in, then the rest was SonicProjects' OP-X Pro II. I was actually surprised at how closely I was able to recreate the sounds from the original song. Men Without Hats were big Prophet-5 users (who wasn't?) but they also used a Yamaha CS-50 for strings and tinny synth sounds........ 

I was able to do both on the OP-X Pro II!!!!!
