On a broken planet that used to be called Earth, all the oceans are drained, air is running out. All these problems were never dealt with, it is now too late. The seven nations are corrupt and greedy but hold the power of the divide and know about the Utopian threat and the coming war. 

The nations are planning on a digital invasion working out how to cross the divide to the home of the Utopians to colonize the vast Cyberworld filled with Oceans of binary, Skies full of data transfers, Canyons deeper than the Mariana Trench, giant Deserts of purple and Cities built sky-high. 

The resistance is getting closer to learning the awful truth about what the nations are planning. "Vector" is a double agent who is currently being tracked by national security (at least that's what the resistance think..). He must race through the city tunnels to keep his trail hidden as he downloads the classified data...
