Both artists have been fans of Marco for many years, making it a true honour to play together at this event. Even though their musical backgrounds and preferred formats differ, their shared love for deeper sounds and their strong personal bond came together seamlessly in this mix.

Røpe was born in Barcelona in 1990 and lived in Amsterdam from 2015 to 2020. After regularly playing at Direct Drive’s events, he got his first residency in 2019 at Generator. Since returning to Barcelona, he has performed at events organised by labels such as Mostra, NODE, OUT Recs, Sub Radio or LAUT. He is the co-founder of TILECT.art, a cultural association and music collective based in Barcelona. His music selection leans towards deep, atmospheric soundscapes, often shifting from dense, introspective textures to brighter, uplifting melodies, always infused with a sense of elegance and a classic touch. He is a vinyl lover and prefers playing records the old way.

DJ Berru is a Barcelona-based DJ and event organiser with deep roots in the city’s underground scene. Founder of the Estratechno collective and the Escapepodcast series, he’s been shaping alternative dancefloors since 2012.

His DJ sets delve into dark, hypnotic techno with strong Detroit influences, while his alias The Option B explores acid, electro, jungle and synth-pop pearls. He’s played at clubs like LAUT, Razzmatazz or BeCool and at festivals like Festival’Era or TechnoTrippin’. He also co-curates Club Aura - one of Barcelona’s last underground gems, dedicated to deep, cinematic electronic music and video art.

The next instalment in our series comes from ANNX, recorded at Corsica Studios during the @snoozeafters night in collaboration with @crescent-london. It drifts through ambient soundscapes, nature-tinged downtempo, dubbed-out grooves, and irresistibly slow, squelchy basslines.

Inspired by cities and dancefloors where she's lived and explored, ANNX’s unique seductive sound echos within her psychedelic selections across trance, prog, psy, techno, tech house, bass and more. 

Her distinct sound has gained her global visibility appearing on club and festival line-ups in the UK, France and Mexico including Gloria at Macadam, SinXcensura in Mexico and she is a resident DJ at Above Below Festival. 

Anna’s commitment to the scene goes beyond the booth, she carefully identifies niche sounds that are missing in the UK and has become a staple for psychedelic music on London's club circuit. In 2021, she founded Whomp, a non-profit party in London which she now co-runs with Lora Mipsum. In 2023, she started a brand-new project perspectives• with lighting designer Nicole Gordon. Most recently, she joined the Above Below music team. 

All is in flux. Nothing remains still.

BBY G is a Berlin-based DJ and co-founder of the xcuse:u collective. While her usual sets leaned more toward classic house, she has recently shifted her focus to dubby sounds and a steady groove. This new direction is marked by subtle rhythmic variations, deep textures and an emphasis on flow rather than big peaks. Drawing on diverse influences, she creates momentum through layering and progression, balancing energetic tracks with more hypnotic passages. The result is a sound that feels grounded yet versatile, keeping the energy flowing while opening space for surprises.

Robert We is co host and founder of coppi, a warehouse location in the east of berlin, that developed into a weekly meeting point and provider for dedicated underground music culture.
