An NES-style song I wrote for a computer game my brother is working on. Inspired by Castlevania and MegaMan soundtracks. Composed using DefleMask Tracker on PC and iPad.

The Curse of Castling

As an active member of the mid-1990s tracker scene (IRC #trax):

 - served as an early adopter and tester during Jeffrey Lim's development of Impulse Tracker

 - co-founded Landslide (a tiny, brief music label) with Cylus (aka Morgan Page) and produced a compilation album (simply titled "#trax")

 - co-produced multiple albums for Nebula Music Works (aka "Trax In Space Records" aka "TiS Records")

 - wrote and released songs as a member of Canada-based musician collective N.O.I.S.E. (New Objectives In Sound Exploration)

As a mostly self-taught multi-instrumentalist (piano, bass, guitar, drums) and singer, I've performed both solo and in countless Seattle-area bands. I've even had a performance used in a major motion picture (2009's "Duplicity" remake starring Clive Owen and Julia Roberts).
