Gabriel is a queer artist working out of Kalamazoo, Michigan. They have been writing music and singing since they were a child. They believe that music is about the ability to share stories and experiences, and connecting to others with that. Gabriel's music doesn't fit well into any one category given the variety of influences they draw through. Gabriel is inspired heavily by the music, specifically singer-songwriter-activists of the 60s and 70s, as well as more modern bluegrass, jazz, indie and alternative music. They use a variety of instruments (Guitar, Ukelele, Merlin, Melodica, & Piano) to accompany their vocal and songwriting.
