Für die nächste Auflage unserer Podcast-Serie begrüßen wir recht herzlichst Innellea aus München, die in den vergangenen zwei Jahren mächtig Druck gemacht haben. Mit ihren Ohne Worte Partys in München, ihren Sets beim Plötzlich Am Meer und beim Off-Sonar, sowie mit ihren Veröffentlichungen auf Monaberry und URSL - die Jungs sind gerade dabei sich einen Namen zu machen. Und nun sind die beiden Jungs im Münchner Club Harry Klein neu als Residents dabei - und das vollkommen zurecht. Zu diesem Anlass präsentieren wir Euch ein NachtEin.TagAus x Harry Klein special! Viel spaß mit Innellea und Podcast Nummer 48.

Interview

Wie und wann seid ihr zur Elektronischen Musik gekommen?

Innellea gibt es nun seit 2,5 Jahren. Wir sind beide davor schon im Ohne-Worte-Kollektiv gewesen, mit dem wir seit einigen Jahren Parties machen und da war es nur eine Frage der Zeit bis wir beide selbst in die Hand genommen haben Musik zu machen. 

Welche Musikalischen Momente sind euch besonders in Erinnerung geblieben?

Da gibt es einige... Besonders in Erinnerung ist uns auf jeden Fall das Plötzlich am Meer letzten Jahres. Erst überraschte uns die Nachricht auf der „Forkel-Gork-Stage“ spielen zu dürfen und dann war es vor Ort einfach überwältigend auf so einer Bühne vor so vielen Menschen zu stehen. 

Wo konnte man euch bisher antreffen?

In Deutschland haben wir bisher hier und dort gespielt, in Berlin es ins Kater und Sisyphos geschafft, aber auch auf unsere außereuropäischen Gigs in Georgien und Indien schauen wir stolz zurück.  

Gibt es Zukunftspläne?

Unser Releaseplan ist voll: ein Remix für Bebetta auf Monaberry, eine EP auf URSL, ein Track auf der Upon.You-Compilation im Herbst und einige Tage im Studio warten.

3 QUESTIONS to ANII:

Q: You recently signed to KOMPAKT. A dream became true?

A: Haha - well, I feel like I’m dreaming. I didn’t only just sign to Kompakt, I feel like I found a new home for myself and my music. The entire Kompakt team has been so wonderful. I feel extremely lucky and very excited for what will come in 2018.

Q: Tell us about your selection. How did these tracks find the way to your heart once?

A: This was way more fun to put together than expected. I ended up recording precisely 100 minutes for your no. 100 series which I thought was pretty cool as I didn't intend to do it. I put my set together in a way to present my journey from 1998 all the way through to my first release on Making You Dance Records (as Ańii) from early 2016. This gave me the opportunity to go back in time which brought back a ton of memories! I hope that after listening to my set that you will understand a bit more about me.

Q: Which Anii projects are coming this year?

A: I’m taking it slow for the time being as I am very excited about my first Kompakt 12" EP which is out in March and already working on another release for them. Right now I am doing a remix for a really cool Indie band Cults which should be out in late-January.
