SORN is excited to present the debut 12" EP from d. towärds, Rephlex EP, a bold and captivating exploration of sound. Spanning tracks crafted between 2021 and 2024, the EP offers a unique blend of minimalist, dub-inflected textures, creating unpredictable sonic landscapes that constantly evolve.
The tracks are stripped down, often reduced to mere echoes and ghostly pulses, yet there's a tactile weight to the production that pulls the listener in. This is dub in its most abstract form: a deconstruction that shifts the focus from rhythm to texture, from structure to atmosphere. The result is a work that feels both timeless and dislocated.
With nods to the experimental rigor of Pan Sonic and the icy precision of Raster-Noton, Rephlex EP is less an homage and more an interrogation.

Also featured is a stellar remix by Warzou, preserving the track's dubby atmosphere whilst cranking it up to a more club-friendly pace. Limited to 100 copies.

Ostudinov is the leftfield project of Dmytro Ostudinov, a member and co-founder of the Peauty Fute collective and the Shuffle party series. He’s also known under the alias Hatroneli. His performances often merge both projects, placing the listener between heavy, dark soundscapes and lighter, dance-driven music.
