Giza DJs are the artistic project of @gianpietromusic & Tiziano. The two Italians merged their skills and shared influences establishing themselves as an eclectic production and DJ duo with a recognizable style in the electronic music panorama. Their approach combines warm melodic synths with raw effects. Their music is strongly inspired by the natural context of the nearby Dolomites, the mountain areas of their hometown.

Patrick´s sound can be described as straight ahead techno, but also taking in influences from house music. He presents tech-house music, partly monotone, but always under the aspect of being groovy. He combines the elements of a lot of different styles in order to show it as a whole.
 
In 1999 he founded the event and artist agency Global Tunes and organized various big events with internationally well-known artist. In March 2002 Patrick quit his job in this agency in order to focus on his own studio projects.
In 2003 he met Harold Todd from the Lenny Kravitz band and, following his passion to house music, they set up the project Sexy Pie. In 2004 they released their first single. In the same year he started to work for the Frankfurt based label Cocoon Recordings, where he is responsible for the digital distribution.
 
In 2006 his first EP gets released including a remix by Oliver Koletzki. A lot of other releases followed – cooperations with and remixes from artists like Guy Gerber, DJ Sneak, Boris Brejcha, Mendo, Alex Flatner, Broombeck and studio partner M.in speak for oneself.
 
In 2010 he produced the Ibiza-Spotlight-Podcast for Cocoon Recordings, which represented the sound of the label of this summer. Later that year he was also responsible for the Bonus Mix for the „Sound Of The Eleventh Season“ by Sven Väth.

2011 has been a highly productive year: Patrick´s remix for Extrawelt´s Titelheld hit the third place of the Beatport techno charts. He also mixed the retrospective Mix-CD of „11 Years Cocoon Recordings“. In the same year he finally set up his own label Insist Music.

Patrick´s own music and remixes can be found on countless esteemed label like Cocoon  Recordings, Suara, Kling Klong, Leena, Form Music, Octopus, BluFin and keinemusik amongst others. His remixes are highly appreciated by colleagues and so it is no wonder that artists like Extrawelt, Boys Noize and Lützenkirchen rely on his works.

I started playing music in 1998. In the late nineties I played more popular electronic music, later my genuine style started to get formed. After a while I realized I want to deal with this profession
in higher level, so I started to build my very own collection of LPs. I found my choice of style: darktechno. Jay Cortez opened a music store in Budapest these times, so people had the
opportunity to buy unique LPs easily. It was the way I built my music library.
As years gone by I played at some parties. Some were little ones, and others were very huge...

In 2002 Pounder and I organized our first independent techno event named "Technoid's Night" where we invited some hungarian and slovakian dj collegues. This was the key to the door of opportunities for me: 
I could present my talent for bigger audience and by the way I could make some great relations to the producers of techno scene in Slovakia and the director of the Standa Booking, Brano.
In this collaboration we organized some great events.

In 2004 I got the chance to play in the "Listen to the techno" parties in Kashmir, Budapest. I got two invitations to Slovakia that year to play at the Ucko Club and an open-air techno event.
Dorian Knox and Poulos invited me to be the 3rd member of BudapesTechno in 2005, where we played some brainkiller back2back sets for the hard partyfaces. Later that year we formed Fusion 9 with Pounder.
We performed a live+dj set performance showcasing some of our own tracks. We spin the records in this formation on Spaceparade in the July of 2006 and the Orange Club's Darktech Night parties in 2007.
Meanwhile I started producing my very own music and in my dj sets I started to use Ableton Live to make my play more exciting and colorful.
I joined the Fuerza team based in Budapest in late 2008, and got the chance tho show my talent on several events. The many of positive feedbacks inspired me to make music with extraordinary passion and power.

For the prove of this desperation I took the 2nd place on the regional semifinal of Hungarian DJ Festival in 2010. In the same year got the chance to be the resident of Red Night Club in Törökszentmiklós, as the only techno DJ on the monthly events.

In the end of 2011 me and Dorian Knox started a new project called D.W. Sync. This project is based upon music writing, but we collaborate on live events and promote our music to the audience more and more..

Cocoon Recordings has been founded in the year 2000 as a part of the Cocoon Music Event GmbH. Sven Väth has initiated Cocoon Recordings in order to complete the Cocoon platform as a supporting tool for young artists in Electronic Music. The label philosophy is as simple as demanding: helping young producers and DJs to release their music without depending on Major Label structures. The releases can mainly be assigned to the genres Techno and House.

Cocoon Recordings as a label and Sven Väth as an artist stand for the use of vinyl as sound carrier, also in the future. Admittedly, the Digital Division of Cocoon Recordings has also been set up in 2008 and the numbers of downloads are indeed enjoyable. However, the label's focus is on vinyl, now and in the future. In order to complete the range of services that Cocoon Recordings offers, the publishing company Cocoon Publishing was founded in 2010.
