DM Kahn Meets Tuli Ranks- No Competition (Earl Cunningham Tribute)

The track “Smokin’ Love” opens with swirling piano chords, catchy lyrics highlighting the band’s signature dub sound. The track details multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer Scott Woodruff’s upbeat narrative of wanting to smoke with the one he loves, highlighted in the lyrics:

“I wanna get high, I wanna get low, come on I wanna smoke little spliff with you / Lord knows I’m not a fool, I’m just crazy for you.”

“Smokin’ Love” was recorded the same way as all their songs; in Woodruff’s home studio with each instrument individually recorded and layered in unison to one other. The band has previewed the track through their social media sites and have recently started playing it live.

Pour ce troisième anniversaire, ce sont deux selectas qui prennent en charge le mix dub qui sonne très différemment des précédents. Et pour cause, il est l'œuvre du crew japonais Riddim Chango ! Composé de Ichi (1TA de Bim One Production) et d'Hiroshi, Riddim Chango est un label reggae/dub basé entre Tokyo et Londres (prochainement Berlin) qui travaille avec Dubkasm, Macka B, Shanti D... Pour ce mix, ils proposent une sélection explosive et dansante entre dubs inattendus et stepper destructeur ! Un must inna UK & japonese style !

Mighty Cricket and The Dub Machinist - Jah Is So Good + Earthquake part I, II

T-Horns est un dubmaker français originaire de Haute Savoie (France). Après avoir débuté il y à quinze dans la composition assisté par ordinateur, tout d'abord dans un registre plus Electro, Hip Hop et Dubstep, c'est la découverte de la culture Sound System qui à changé sa vision de ce qu'il  pouvait créer. Ses créations sont axées Electro Dub, Dub et Stepper avec des influences du coté d'High Tone, OBF ou encore Panda Dub. Depuis 2015, T-Horns explore une autre facette de création musicale en proposant un set live sur contrôleur avec des productions exclusives 


Membre du crew Organic Sound System depuis 2014 avec qui il sort régulièrement la sono artisanale, il s'est également associé avec le Saxophoniste Greg'n'Sax pour proposer un Duo Live Machine/Saxophone explosif
