Matt Wright started out his career when he supported Son Of Dork (James Bourne from Busted’s spin-off band) at legendary London venue, Shepherd’s Bush Empire in 2007. From there he toured parts of the UK and made appearances on television. 
Since then, he’s redefined his sound to a more pop/dance vibe and in recent times, Matt has seen great success racking up over 200,000 views across just 2 videos on TikTok for his songs, OMT and Take Me Somewhere.

As if that wasn’t enough, his tracks OMT, Heartbreaker, Thank U (Bringing Us Down), Falling and End Of The World have all been featured on shows across BBC Radio Sussex, BBC Radio Surrey, Gaydio, Future Hits Radio, Amazing Radio & GlitterBeam.

In December 2024, he released a chilled, dance cover of his all-time favourite song, Donna Lewis’ hit single, I Love You Always Forever with Italian producer Julius Arth.

Since the start of 2025, Matt released his break-up song, Thank U (Bringing Us Down) as the first track from his new album, What To Watch, followed by double A-side Euphoria / Dark Horse. Most recently, he’s released his collaboration with TARK, Hearts On Fire on Future Bass Records.

Epitaph Records is an independent music label founded in Los Angeles by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. Early releases from a variety of punk heavyweights spawned what became known as the 90s punk explosion. 

Along the way Epitaph proudly launched its sister label ANTI-, representing unique and distinguished acts. From the beginning Epitaph’s mission has been to serve the musicians on its diverse and creative roster - an artist-first model, radical twenty years ago, and much imitated today.
