Original Songs

This February Project started as a means of getting me to record anything, just to get my mind back into the music. The songs were all selected the day that I recorded them, usually all in one take, save for my cover of "Make You Feel My Love", which features both piano and guitar. I sought to make something simple and raw, with many of the songs touching on the anxieties and doubts that I've had. The Project is now done, and I can say that I've accomplished what I intended: I am reinvigorated to create, my anxieties and doubts have been voiced the best way I know how, and with those worries out of my mind, I'm happier than I was at the start. I hope you enjoy this collection of songs that speak to me, and that you will listen to what lies ahead with an open ear and an open heart.

Day Four of my February project has me singing "This Light", originally written and performed by Dan Andriano In The Emergency Room. Definitely has been one of my favorite sad songs to sing.

Day Five of my February project, and I am performing a cover of "Baby I Love Your Way", by the one and only Peter Frampton. Such a beautiful song with wonderfully written verses; paints a wonderful image for the mind.

Day Eleven of my February project has got me feeling a bit worn. I'm singing Brandi Carlile's "The Story" tonight, and my voice is tired, I'm tired, and this song even in its original form has that sorta feel to it. So if you can forgive my tired voice, then I can present this song for you to enjoy haha

Welcome to my little page! I mess around with all sorts of music, usually bouncing between downtempo electronic, something akin to drum and bass, and(for the most part) acoustic; I honestly don't know what the hell I'm doing most of the time.
