Originally from Reims (France), High Frequency started mixing in 1992 in the clubs of its
Region. In 1996 he took up residence at the Underground, the techno room of the emblematic nightclub Sparnacienne “Tap Too”. With more than 2,000 Clubbers every evening, he played there alongside the biggest names of the time: Laurent Garnier, Robert Armani, the Bonzaï team, Marco Bailey, M.i.k.e. Push, Dj Ghost...

In 2000, he released his first vinyl EP "4 Nut's", which marked the free parties with the titles Hard At Work and Rumble, repressed many times on different labels, then in 2010 on the CD compilation Schranz Total 21.0 alongside artists like The Advent & Industrialyzer, Robert Natus, Dj Arcane...

Since 2014, he has been organizing the “Remember TapToo” and “30 years of electronic music”, also at the initiative of the Reims collective Tap Too Crew with 3 other DJs. In 2018 he becomes the artistic director of the late club Techno Rémois le “Wave”. Since 2019 he is a monthly resident of a radio show on Maxximum.

After 10 years of music and collaborations with some of the biggest names, including Showtek, Stéphane decided to push his creativity even further with his Techno project: Moxia. Inspired by the raw energy of the genre, he quickly established his own style, catching the attention of major figures in the scene. His track "Domination" marked a turning point when it was played during the opening of Amelie Lens’ set at Ultra Music Festival in Miami. Through hard work and a powerful sonic identity, he has also gained support from T78, Marie Vaunt, Maddix, and Hardwell, further cementing his rise in the Techno world.
