Even though it’s on May 1 this year for some reason, Newgrounds’s Pico Day is usually on April 30, and since that fell on a Friday this year we figured it’d be perfect to do a series of Pico tracks! Happy Pico Day everyone! We’re gonna be off again next week (the 7th is reserved for Equilibrium Dizrupted), but on the 14th we’ll be back, with Week 7 content at long last!

Yep, it's Friday Night Funkin x UT. Had to happen eventually, right? Might as well be us. Some people might not want us making this or think it's stupid that we're doing it, because the game isn't finished and things could change at any moment. That's understandable, but honestly we're just having a fun time doing it, and things will probably change over time to accommodate with the game updating. What Even is a Trousle Anyway?

I wanted to get a quote from him to put here, but he's working at his job today.
Guess he isn't that lazy after all.

Also if you're curious about the name, the band Aaron, Zeno, and I were in in high school was called "[x]: The Musical." The premise was that if we were to play live, at each show the "x" would be filled in with some different absurd phrase. So this song title would be a completely valid band title for one show. I left [x]: The Musical fairly early on despite being the guy who started it. Michael replaced me, and the band ended up making Borderline and It's Been Fun before splitting.

I'm in love with the ost so far and decided to make a cover of a track made by the one and only Myttin! Originally gonna upload the nyeh heh heh + bonetrousle replacement first but i think im gonna redo it since the mixing was terrible. And yes, I'm taking a break from DR: RoTC. I already have the "VS. Susie" replacement done but it'll be delayed by a bit. The art is made by the wonderful PianoFreak! She made the art so good and similiar to Myttin's way of thumbnailing! After unfortunate circumstances took her and her husband's lives, the royal scientists went to work on finding a way to bring her and her husband back. Using dead snails (note: not Monster snails, just boring old regular snails) and Determination, they had managed to bring Toriel back. Now she aimlessly roams the Underground, searching for something that might bring her back fully, as opposed to being trapped in the now undead body of a snail.

Mettaton was once King of the Underground, ruling alongside their cousin who was officially moreso the royal advisor, but he treated them like royalty just as much as he treated himself as such. He let this power get to his head a bit and started doing things that mostly benefitted himself. Nothing that'd actually put monsters in direct harm, he wasn't that stupid, but nothing that actually did anything good for them either.

One fateful day, he was overthrown by the people, exiled to the shadier part of the Underground, and the royal advisor was crowned monarch in his place.

Now Mettaton lives in the so-called slums of the Underground. He's managed to find a fairly decent space to live in, a place where he can recharge if necessary (which is very frequently the case given how much power his body drains... if only he had a more energy efficient mode) and where he can lie on the ground feeling like garbage.

Of course, despite his exile, he puts on a smile and his signature flamboyant confidence and acts as though there's nothing wrong! Because why would there be?

Complete sidenote, whenever relevant, thumbnails will also feature character designs now! The old thumbnails will slowly be updated as well, but my priority for the time being is going to be the ones that are being actively uploaded.

Alphys is a now-retired Royal Scientist who helped out on various projects and experiments that the lead scientist still works on from time to time. Nowadays, she prefers to spend her time with her partner in the beachy Summersdale.

This track is completely non-canon, but should give you an indication of what you might be up against if you go down a more hurtful path.

As Oliver goes to bed to take a quick nap before they continue on their adventure, they can hear Mettaton quietly singing to himself, which slowly puts them to sleep.
