Everyone knows cheetahs are the world’s fastest land animal, chasing prey at extraordinary speeds of 120km per hour. As apex predators they are vital for a healthy ecosystem by making sure there aren’t too many grazing herbivores like gazelles and rabbits in one place. This supports grass regrowth and in-turn stops problems like creeping desertification and wildfires. And despite being deadly hunters they’re actually pretty cute - instead of roaring, they chirp, squeak and purr like our domestic kitty friends. Cheetah populations are on the brink of extinction due to climate change and habitat loss. Losing these speedy spotty cats will have a knock-on effect for their whole environment. That’s why we’ll donate all proceeds to Wildlife Vets International.

T3K is back with this fresh new addition to their ever-growing catalogue: Tweakz comes correct with a mean single called “Input Output”. The versatile young gun from Northern Germany released on labels such as Delta9, Love For Low Frequencies and Transparent Audio among others and stands for top level production quality. After a few quiet months, we’re following our rebrand launch with a steady flow of quality music for the rest of the year. Starting off, we present a 2-track single from two of our outstanding inhouse talents.
Portuguese native Molecular has been on the spotlight with a steady flow of releases in labels like Delta9, Fokuz and Skankandbass. Working on his craft since a young child, he went from learning classic piano to creating enormous dirty basslines. 

For the title track he invites Belgium’s Lavance who is no stranger to our catalogue, and who also has been enjoying a highly creative streak, with music featuring on 1985 Music, Overview and his own self-released music. 

Marking the beginning of a new era for Counterpoint Recordings, this single sets the benchmark for what is to come and shines a light on the creativity inside of our core artist roster.

"They Won't" sees Molecular go in for a solo track which showcases some of his best skills, by delivering a perfect sonic blend of relentless bassline groove and clinical rolling percussion work – all tied up with the perfect progression. 

Nothing gets old during the track, there is always something new happening, surprising you again and again, right from the start. New sounds, new Delays, new drums, you won’t get bored listening through the whole track, as it is dressed to progress.

The percussive dynamic low end sets the tone, whilst the drum work and midrange tie everything together into a tune which is directly aimed at dancefloors worldwide.
