Drum & Bass DJ hailing from Cape Town, South Africa.

Having a developed what some might call an obsession for drum and bass & jungle music early on in life, coming from a musical background and education in sound engineering, Eclectiq is a true head with a taste to match. With his inception in attending the legendary Homegrown parties, Eclectiq made his head start opening for the Underground Frequencies crew events in Stellenbosch, going on to play alongside well known names including RudeOne, Hyphen and DLR (UK). Fast forward to 2019, becoming 1/3 of the Interrupt monthly bass music events crew based in Observatory, Cape Town.
When talking influences and inspirations, the name Eclectiq says it all - drawing from roots in Jungle and Liquid Funk to curate a raw and varied display of the spectrum of Drum and Bass with a respectful nod to the classics while always keeping a cheeky roller up the sleeve.
