'U Know Me' EP is a fusion of experimental beats, ambient textures, and driving rhythms - featuring two tracks that showcase the artist's unique blend of intricate rhythms and atmospheric soundscapes.

U Know Me EP is a departure from Tagavaka's previous work, exploring new territory in terms of style and production techniques. The EP represents a deeper, more introspective side of the artist's creative vision, while still retaining the infectious energy that has earned Tagavaka a dedicated following.

The lead single from the EP, U Know Me, is a hypnotic, pulsating track that builds to a powerful crescendo of soaring synths and driving percussion. The accompanying visuals, created by macro artist Daniel Shinaman, perfectly captures the intensity and beauty of the track.

Tagavaka is a music and art project coming out of Scotland, UK. Ivan Hall Barrientos, the producer and composer behind Tagavaka, has a rich background in music – a classically trained pianist-turned-music producer who has been involved in the creation of various music projects that have amassed over 100,000,000 streams globally.

After self-releasing his debut EP ‘Tagavaka’ in 2020, the project has since gained the attention of dance music titans Anjunadeep – signing 6 tracks in one fell swoop. With tracks included in their flagship compilation series at the start of 2021, Tagavaka released his debut EP ‘Extrapolate’ which piqued the interest from the likes of Eli & Fur, Lane 8 and Alan Fitzpatrick.

Since then, further releases (Water EP, Bijou EP, and Sun Rings EP) gained Tagavaka debut performances supporting Max Cooper, and performing at the unique Anjunadeep Explorations festival.
