Some artists make music to sell records, some artists make music to be famous, some artists make music because they’re good at it… as for Taglo, he makes music to illustrate himself.

Having always had a strange allure to music, Taglo found himself drawn to soundscapes from an early age. His experience of growing up living all over the world exposed him to such a wide array of
music across different cultures, and when he discovered artists like Axwell, Tiesto and Deadmau5, he decided to pursue his fascination for music into something more.

His journey began in the cosmos of trance, and over the years he began to slow things down and evolve into a deeper, progressive sound. Taglo’s soundscaping is emotive, melodic and meaningful –
there’s meaning to his melodies, there’s drive.

Taglo has supported all the heavy hitters, including Above & Beyond, 
Armin Van Buuren, Cosmic Gate – just to name a few. He’s played at some of Australia’s most prestigious festivals, most recently including Elements Festival, Transmission and Festival X

XactlyThis (matthew blank) has been around music all his life, it was 2008 when he decided to share his passion of music with the rest of the world through DJing.

XaclyThis was born.

The name XactlyThis is is a raw image of what you get when he turns on the decks, the quality sounds and production based around his sets are Xactly what you'll get each and every time.

XactlyThis has played at a string of club on the coast which included:

Options tavern
Picture Lounge Bar and Dining
Twenty 1 Night club
Surfer Rowers
Warehouse Tavern
The Sand Bar and Club
Runaway Tavern

2010/2011 have been the biggest years so far for XactlyThis, with a string of club gigs under his belt, and also dominating and winning the 10/11 Option Tavern DJ competition and coming in the top 12 DJ's on the coast through the 105.7 radio metro mix master competition.

Also he has started a events/blog company with 2 other great DJ's/freinds Greg Le Sueur (DJ LE SUEUR) and Ryan Lait (DJ OLTAREEGO).

The events company is called YOPLAY and are famous for the Glow in the Dark parties and themed party thrown each month all over the Coast. We also share our passion quality music which we blog on our site each week
