A presentation of Delta blues inspired improvisations in the key of Open G, all played exclusively on an Arizona handmade 3-string cigar box dog bowl resonator guitar, as well as a massive Oklahoma handmade 4-string resonator guitar crafted from reclaimed vintage southern home cabinet wood. The mood in these tracks ranges from sublime, meandering ambient slide blues to a fisty swamp grunge skank. Is the fingering before or after the beat? What time is it, anyway? It all depends on what was in that unlabeled bottle.
