Who's Cuppa for tea

Hi, I'm pretty eclectic in my musical creation, been playing about in music since late eighties,live bands , playing guitar, bass guitar and keyboards, through the ninites,cubase on floppy disk, Atari 1040, first love reggae,but dance EDM ,funky stuff close second.
When I started  using a computer for music in 1992, Atari 1040 st , Roland U220 ,six midi channel multi timberal sound module version of famous U20 keyboard, upgraded to 2 megabyte ram and 28 megabyte hard drive ,no more floppy disk 's😁,and added a Roland Dr synth 16 channel sound module, if this setup was the stone age, I've only progressed to the Iron age🤣, running on windows xp , pentium P4 ,3ghz single core processer,4 gigabyte ram , doesn't go near the internet,but rarely crashes ,but all good things come to an end,RIP old PC in may 2024.
New custom built audio workstation,new version of cubase software and audio workstation interface, blown away with sounds and ease of workflow,so new tracks will be happening soon and regularly 👍🖖🤪🎵🎶

Alien Island Roots Collective is more than a reggae band — it’s a cosmic family of musicians united under one vibration. Hailing from the mysterious shores of Alien Island, they carry a sound rooted in rebel reggae, dub meditation, and interstellar consciousness.

The Collective brings together a lineup as unique as the galaxies they sing about:

Mystic Nomad — a traveler of realms, delivering verses that drift like smoke and strike with spiritual fire.

Dub Captain Zulu — commander of bass and riddim, grounding the music with earth-shaking low end.

Solar Lion — guitarist and chant master, weaving cosmic skank with ancestral flame.

Grey Ras — the mystic percussionist and chanter, channeling the ancestors through every heartbeat of the drum.

Luna Irie — the celestial harmonizer, blending ethereal tones and chants that echo through the stars.

Zion Echo — the voice of rebellion, toasting in a style that bridges roots and dancehall fire.

Galactic Seer — sound-shaper and dub wizard, bending frequencies like light beams across the universe.


Together they form Alien Island Roots Collective — a crew of voices and instruments rising up against Babylon’s control systems while spreading unity across dimensions. Their songs echo with UFO horizons, smoke signals of ganja liberation, and messages still burning in the sky.

The mission is simple: to raise consciousness, deliver truth through riddim, and remind the people that we are all aliens traveling through this life together. 

🌴 Alien Island is described as a mysterious shore — the birthplace of the band and the source of their cosmic vibration. It’s not just a physical place but a symbolic realm where reggae roots meet interstellar consciousness. The idea is that Alien Island exists at the crossroads of earth and galaxy:

A homeland where music, ganja, and unity are sacred.

A space where the ancestors’ rhythms meet futuristic dub echoes.

A cultural haven outside of Babylon’s control, where rebels and visionaries gather.

A cosmic metaphor reminding us that we are all aliens traveling through this life together.


In short, Alien Island is both a mythical homeland for the Collective and a state of mind that listeners can step into whenever the riddims play.
