LX4 is a Canadian Producer and DJ based on Vancouver Island. Growing up he listened to a variety of what he heard on the radio and what his parents showed him, until 2009 when he discovered dubstep on Youtube. From then on most of his free time was used soaking up dance music into his earholes. In 2021 after 12 years of listening, he began producing his own beats using FL studio, inspired at this time by Hip-Hop superstar Playboi Carti and his producers. 4 years later LX4 is making emotional pieces of dance(able) music that are more than just danceable, they explore themes of melancholy and triumph. As a DJ, LX4's sets are chock full of culturally bodied and rhythmically spicy tracks from mesmerizing minimal techno all the way through to full-ass synthetic symphonies, complimented by earworm Hip-Hop verses & trap synthesis, guaranteed to get your head moving, and your soul grooving.
