Seit dem Jahre 2002 sind Mihael C. und Simon S. (SiPhunk) in dem Duo „two.inspired“ als DJ Team aktiv. Zusammen haben diese beiden „Turntable Virtuosen“ ein besonderes Talent dafür, inspirierende Trends mit ihren DJ Sets zu setzen, anstatt ihnen nur zu folgen. Diverse Resident Jobs und unzählige Gigs in einer Vielzahl unterschiedlichster Locations, schweißte dieses Duo zusammen. Beide ergänzen sich innerhalb eines DJ Sets auf außergewöhnliche Art und Weise. Als nahezu konditionierte Musikliebhaber und leidenschaftliche Entertainer, war es eine natürliche Entwicklung für das Duo, ihre Lust auf Musik und endlose Partys in Produktion für sich selbst umzusetzen.

Bleibt zu sagen: Liebe zur Musik und keinen Zwang Hörern gerecht zu werden, sondern ausschließlich Kreationsprozesse eigener Empfindung, werden versucht zu dem zu machen was andere bewegt. Der rote Faden ist Club Musik in vielerlei Form. Sowohl für SiPhunk, als auch für two.inspired!

Ricardo Torres, a West Coast DJ, is known for blending deep, soulful house and disco with a smooth, sultry West Coast vibe. His music is crafted for true dance music enthusiasts, delivering uplifting, groovy, and sexy experiences rooted in the underground scene.

Ricardo’s DJ journey began in 1987 at a college radio station in Montreal, Canada, where he initially spun industrial electronic music. By 1988, he was introduced to Chicago House and was captivated by its fresh energy, changing his musical direction. In 1995, he moved to Los Angeles, where the city’s sun-drenched, soulful vibe and influences from DJs like Jay-J, Marques Wyatt, Julius Papp, Mark Farina, and Miguel Migs drew him toward the deeper West Coast sound.

In 2000, Ricardo pioneered sharing his mixes online, a bold and innovative step that garnered him international recognition. This exposure led to global performances and opportunities, while he also became a syndicated radio host on satellite and online platforms.

Recently, Ricardo partnered with Germany’s Nu Disco Your Disco (NDYD), a leading advocate for the Nu Disco genre. Their collaboration birthed the NDYD Radio Show, which Ricardo hosts weekly, showcasing top global talent and steadily growing a loyal listener base. For Ricardo, Nu Disco offers a modern bridge for the soulful West Coast vibe to resonate with newer generations.

While underground music trends have evolved over the decades, Ricardo’s passion remains unwavering: playing music that inspires people to get up, dance, and celebrate the timeless groove of house music.
