Susanna Laird is a Maryland-based singer-songwriter whose soul-searching acoustic music blends simmeringly soulful vocals with finger-picked guitar and piano. A cancer survivor, mother of four, and storyteller at heart, she writes songs about healing, faith, and true love.
Influenced by artists like Indigo Girls, Tracy Chapman, Eva Cassidy, and CeCe Winans, Susanna’s sound is rooted in authenticity and emotional honesty. She’s performed at festivals including the Ladybug Festival and Takoma Park Folk Festival, and her song “We’re All” was featured at the Braver Angels National Convention.
