Introducing PAULO-Lite & the 'Funk Daddy' Sound!

For years, I’ve infused funky, disco-driven elements into my lighter sets—whether on Fire Island or at select special events. Now, I’m taking it a step further by launching my new alias, PAULO-LITE, dedicated exclusively to Funky House, Nu Disco, and reimagined classic house tracks. Of course, I’ll still keep my DJ PAULO brand for big room, festival, and circuit events.

With artists like Purple Disco Machine making waves in the dance community, it feels like the perfect time to dive into this sound fully. Having spent over 35 years DJing and curating music, this is a natural evolution—bringing the groove to the forefront.

Expect music from artists like Block & Crown, Disco Girls, and exclusive PAULO-LITE remixes and reworks. It all kicks off with my debut podcast, Funk Daddy: Volume 1 - Celebration. Disegual is the definition of unequal, different. I would describe my sound as emotional, colorful, variable & if possible in harmony with the momentum. In my Setsbouquets -fil rouge, I prefer to combine a mixture of different styles, integrated with finely tuned transitions & a sensitive progression of sound feelings. At least, have a new cooperation with my friend Eddie - as Duo Dj's - the fullhouse brothers on the way of good sounds.

My credo is to connect people by means of melodic mixes & to determine their well-being. A melodic journey combined from Ambient, chillout, funk- & soulfulhouse to minimal-deephouse & breaks awaits you in my little SonicWorld. Vibes for the soul!
