Sometimes the person who needs the most help is too busy helping others to ask for it, that was the idea and feeling while recording this. This was my way of venting about it. I've always felt haunted by my own empathy in a way and have always found it hard to say no to people and that is something I have been actively working on as I get older. I tend to get lost trying to help fix other people's problems and lose sight of fixing my own. Trying to find a balance between selfless and selfish is the goal.
