On Straight Talk Woman Talk we've laid out a powerful foundation for taking out the trash in your life, and I love it when God speaks to me through other people regarding such. This week the vessel is Mrs. Elle Jones! She is a Lupus Advocate & Founder of ELLEvate NOW!, an empowerment lifestyle brand (www.ellevatenow.com) and recently recognized as the face of Lupus LA.

I met her in 2004 while at work when I lived in Ohio, and while we talked occasionally over the years it wasn't until recently that I became fully aware of her illness and impact it has made on her, her family and millions of others. When I watched her mini documentary (http://bit.ly/1AivGQS) her story really struck a cord in me, not because of the illness, but because of her STRENGTH, stance and position on it!

Straight Talk Woman Talk is a platform for women who have gone through the absolute worse life has to offer and leveraged a relationship with God to overcome. Elle is ripe for the picking because she has mastered the art of Taking Out the Trash of her Illness by using it as a platform to impact the lives of people all over the world. Her illness may be physical but there are many more women whose illness is mental (via their thoughts), and as a result, they are physically crippled!

She broke down and chopped up this topic so much so you'll be able to not only recognize the TRASH of ILLNESS in your heart and mind, but take it out once and for all!  This woman is DYNAMIC in every sense of the word.

This is the finale for our Straight Talk Woman Talk lesson "Time to Take Out Your Trash"!! We had the pleasure of having the VERY powerful and prophetic Kingdom Leader Mrs. Andrea Haynes founder of Haynes Healing of Hearts!

This woman is the EPITOME of class and grace! I love her dearly! She has ministered me through some of my most challenging times and I am forever grateful not only that she has supported my vision from day one, but also that she is willing and excited to participate and be a blessing to us all! She's been a TRUE friend and confidant!

Strong holds were broken and TRASH was loosed from everyone's life! We've covered how to take out the trash of your opinions, relationships, career path, entitlement, envy, jealousy, laziness, your mouth and your loyalty. What Lady Haynes has done is take what's left of it and put it in the shredder, burn it and get rid of it for good!

So you took out your trash... now what do you do? We are all creatures of habit. There is comfort in normal, normal makes you feel secure, confident and in control. When you know the patterns of others & yourself you're able to adjust, adapt and accept, because after all "that's just what they/I do". But when those things don't serve you and you decide to remove it from your life, there are mixed emotions. One minute you feel free and excited that the dead weight is gone, and next you're looking at the trash bag thinking that you want to pick it back out.

Now you begin to second guess or doubt your decision. Doubt creates vulnerability which provides the enemy a platform to feast on. It becomes a breeding ground for negative thoughts. This is a critical time because should you decide to pick out of the trash the things you put in it, you will find yourself in a much worse place than where you began. Its time for progression not regression!  This series "Trash Is Gone, Now What?" is going to serve as your GPS for getting through the process of separating with the trash you took out.
