"Just 1 Thought" that leads to other thoughts and approaches things from the view that "I can only control my focus and attitude". 

This Show helps me figure out "How".

If Scientifically the facts are that: Energy can never die and only changes form and that matter is only Energy moving in a pattern,...
Then, I believe Everything IS the same thing..
-Energy.

Then, taking the idea that energy changes form and never dies ..

I would see that as progression or transformation. 

So in everything around, transformation is the ONE thing in common. 

No matter what, the natural way of unfoldment that may take time and Millenia is the Transformation Of Life.  

The only thing that affects all... 

Transformation. 

Thus if no matter what, transformation is going to occur..I believe an awareness of these things that contribute would be like moving with the flow..on purpose and observation of them would never stop them from happening but could contribute to the feeling of going with the flow in a participatory way.  Thus the whole of the experience would be enhanced and witnessed differently. These enhancements are the basis of Just 1 Thought. 

By observing and deducing and pondering I have found a way to feel more participatory and on board with whatever is thrown my way. Although the emotional responses cannot be thwarted I feel that a growth oriented view seems to help me to see all the above from a transformation idea and not consist of good or bad.  Yet the need to be honest in my reactive nature and thoughts is paramount and with this show I had the amazing opportunity to just be.

Throughout my experiences I was able to vocalize my thoughts and aim my attention on purpose to find a way to be ok internally with all the above and come away from each show feeling like I had figured something out and thus enhancing my ability to see, feel and know on a daily basis.

I believe that these ponderings effected in a way of helping me to feel fascination with everyday occurrences.
