Why does this happen to me?

Here is an original song that I wrote which is pertaining to work culture and the need to take a break from the 9-5 grind and make time for yourself, I wrote this out of a need to express the way I feel about the workforce in general... how it takes the energy out of us, of course we all have to make a living and pay our bills but in that we forget how to slow down and take a rest. I added a lyric from Bruno Mars' "The Lazy Song" to make that point.  I hope this song is a reminder for you to rest, I found a beat on Youtube that I really like and I put some lyrics to it, for my first single I must say that I'm very proud of the result, it isn't perfect the audio is all messed up and you can hear the train in the background from my window and you can even hear my roommate knocking on the door at some point which almost completely ruins the vibe of the track, but for me it doesn't matter because it feels like for the first time in my life I'm finding my voice! It's the rawness of it that makes it some of my best work creatively in a long long time, I hope you enjoy it as well despite its imperfection!
