Vi ikk' skizofren, men nu snakker hun igen...
Er jeg mon bipolar? For det er både hypet og roligt
Har jeg alzheimers, når jeg sir hej men så hej igen?

Dys social personlighedsstruktur
Woa du er for tæt på til min paranoide psykose,
og jeg borderliner hos, det stemmer godt med min tro  
baby "jeg er fucked op på drugs" er min diagnose

Emotionel ustabil, for fed til at ha anoreksi
Jeg Bulimi-dement, jeg sætter ikke fingeren i
alt hvad jeg ser, for det ville gøre mig til kleptoman 
Fatter ingenting, mental retardering? / måske - 

... jeg har Autisme, lidt lissom som rain man, 
men hey jeg ikk ludoman, så jeg bliver aldrig rig man
Megaloman .... men der ingen narcissisme her, 
for cool til det her, og det blir hva det blir -

og det blir indendørs, så jeg ka pleje min agorafobi 
Okay vi ka lege hvis du kommer forbi, 
så vi kan tælle til 10, og jeg ka afveje min OCD
og satyromanen indeni får lov at spise!

The Long Fuses are a Midlands / Shropshire-based band led by singer-songwriter Nigel Brookes (vocals/guitar), joined by Graham Quirk (guitar), John Large (drums), and Scott Edge (bass).

My Life In Shadow

Love is actually, above all, just a word. How does it actually feel? That's a mystery. It might feel different for everyone. I personally have no idea what it feels like to be in love, and I suspect many others feel the same way. Those who know can't describe it. Others ask questions that can only be answered by themselves.


In Love

A child of the 1980's enjoying the comeback of culture that played a big influence in my life and defined who I am. I enjoy creating music based on the sounds and memories from my youth.
My inspirations are Kraftwerk, Jean Michel Jarre, Giorgio Moroder, Mike Oldfield, Vangelis, Gary Numan, Tangerine Dream.

I enjoy all forms of electronic music especially Synthwave,  Sovietwave, Retrowave, Outrun and IDM

I mostly write my lyrics myself, always completely randomly, and produce the songs with the help of AI. That's just because I can't really sing and AI is therefore a good tool for realizing ideas. Technology is not my intention, it's the music.

Besides, I don't do this for money or anything like that; it's purely a hobby. It's important to me that people listen to the songs honestly if they like them.

Over the last few years, many small music venues up and down the country have closed, due to commercial pressures and lack of people willing to promote original new music. Pale Fire Music are not for profit music promoters, and our aim is to make The Firefly in Telford, Shropshire a vital venue to hear new and original music.

My son Introduced me to text- and beat making in the Summer of 2023. I'm just pacing myself, developing my skills in both areas as we go.
