Glasgow-based and with Dutch roots, Jøhannes strives to create a sound that pushes boundaries. Combining a collection of music that spans decades from across the globe, his mantra is strong - if it can make the people dance, it deserves to be played.

An established pianist and guitarist, he has spent many years engrossed in music, considering the intricacies of what makes memorable moments through his experience from learning, observing and performing. This shines through in both his abilities as a DJ and through his productions - combining a multitude of themes and genres, sometimes in sync and sometimes opposing, to create a truly memorable product. He has taken great pride in doing so whilst playing in clubs across Scotland and France, such as the Tunnels, La Cheetah and Sub Club.

Taking inspiration from the likes of Mall Grab, Bicep, HAAi, DJ EZ, Huerta, Kerri Chandler, Nightwave and Laurent Garnier, Jøhannes strives to make every show a unique, emotive and expressive performance.
