Dis-co-nnect FM 05: Tracks of the Week

Series of Taboo Records is an indipendent label founded in Bologna by T.Oceans and Jay Lik  in 2020 with the desire to challenge contemporary social conventions and explore unconventional aesthetics and musical territories.
The music released by the label varies greatly in its compositions but is mainly influenced by black music, from jazz to electronic through hip hop, house and fusion, the productions have futuristic and innovative sound designed for house and techno dance floors.

In the shadowed corners of Frankfurt's vibrant nightlife, a mysterious figure casts a spell over the dance floors. Known only as Delly-D, he is an enigma wrapped in the rhythms of Funky & Moody House. His identity might be veiled in mystery, but his music speaks volumes, echoing through the cobblestone streets and reverberating in the hearts of those who seek something more in the night.

Delly-D emerged from the depths of Frankfurt, a city teeming with secrets and stories. He is not just a DJ; he's a weaver of dreams, a curator of nocturnal experiences. His music isn't just heard; it's felt, a pulsating force that draws you into a world where the mundane fades, and the extraordinary takes over.

His presence is elusive, yet his influence spans across Europe. The demand for his mesmerizing sets has taken him to locales whispered about in the circles of house music aficionados. From glamorous, undisclosed events to hidden gems of clubs across Europe, Delly-D's performances are rare and sought-after experiences, where every beat is a secret shared, every melody a tale untold...

 In the last 39 years Gerard has been owner and founder of 4 clubs of electronic music; Cinema, Octava, Salón Continental, and LOV Bogotá. 
Cinema, being probably the most influential club of the Colombian electronic music scene. In 1990 Cinema opened its doors and for 20 years whilst it was open it was the number 1 club of this music genre. At the moment Gerard is doing a residency in both Octava and Clandestino, both located in the capital of Colombia; Bogotá.
Gerard has played in the most important cities of Colombia and also in other countries around the world next to international DJs like: Carl Cox, SVEN VATH, SILICONE SOUL, 
ADANA TWINS, AUDIOFLY, SASHA, JODY WISTERNOFF, DOP , 
FAT BOY SLIM, BENJAMIN DIAMONT, JOZIF, EELKE KLEIKN, MARTIN EYERER, DARREN PRICE (UNDERWORLD), 
AME, DESYN MASIELLO, CHRISTHOPER LAWRENCE, BOB SINCLAIR, DEADMAU5,

He has also played in many diverse events like many fashion shows; playing for fashion designers like Hernán azahar, Ángel Yáñez and Pamela Duque, for Revista Don Juan (Colombia Moda 2013) and in many Bogotá Fashion Weeks. 

Also he played in many events promoted by Red Bull and worked for 5 years with Red Bull Music Academy in Colombia. 
Participated in the national tour of brands of cigarettes like Marlboro and Kent.  

Gerard, at the moment, produces music for Bedroom.

MANU SEYS est un DJ et producteur de mashups, mixages et remixes musicaux.
Il est connu pour son travail dans le domaine de la fusion de différentes chansons et styles musicaux pour créer de nouvelles compositions originales appelées Mashups
Il utilise des éléments de divers genres musicaux tels que la pop, la musique électronique, le hip-hop, le rock…
Manu utilise souvent son sens artistique et sa créativité pour transformer et combiner des morceaux de musique existants en des œuvres uniques et novatrices.
Beaucoup de fans et de critiques musicaux apprécient son travail pour plusieurs raisons :
* Il a un oreille pour les mélanges de styles et de genres, ce qui crée des sons frais et originaux.
* Il est très prolifique et sort régulièrement de nouvelles créations, ce qui ravit ses fans.

Manu Seys a également son émission de radio sur ONiB Dj Radio, une station de radio en ligne dédiée à la musique électronique.  Ses sets sont sont diffusés sur la station, chaque samedi à 14h où il partage une sélection éclectique de morceaux et remixes exclusifs.
