Pino started djing during his teens, with his father as the duo Bone X Zone. Currently based in Berlin he produces and djs as a solo artist under the alias of Pino Peña, and in a duo with Mitchell Jones aka Jones&Roth. The sound of his productions always varies across genres, offering elements from techno, house and breaks while being inspired by hiphop, psychedelic and garage rock, jazz and much more! He has released on labels like Glukkon Records, Einz Records, Lo Fidelity aswell as on the constantly growing Schimmer Records, where he's also a resident.

Welcome to The Witch Doctor a Psytrance artist from the South of England. A deep passion for Music has fuelled this Soul from a young age.

At the age of 16 she purchased her first set of Technics 1210’s and taught herself to mix Vinyl, this love continued throughout college and University; meeting likeminded friends along the way. Psytrance was then and now her main love, although other genres are loved almost equally. At the time of being a student, funds were tight and the wish to be able to produce had to wait.

It took many years and a career in Science and engineering, forcing a break from Music ,to eventually be able to fund her first studio equipment. The love for the Underground scene always prevalent. Playing at parties was always fun but it has only been the last 10 years where she has focussed on building her Music. After a period of time of living in France, she returned to the UK and hasn’t looked back.

The last 5 years gracing numerous radio stations, with weekly shows she enjoys spinning Psychedelic Trance to the masses. Meeting wonderful friends in the scene and collaborating on projects has been amazing and long may it continue. Having played with some amazing artists the passion is continually on an upward curve.

Sadly the pandemic has affected the Music community and industry so playing parties and festivals has had to take a back seat for now. It has been lovely to still have an outlet via the airwaves.

During the pandemic she achieved a scholarship for her production and Sound engineering honours degree and is looking forward to the future of developing her sounds. Having had a few releases already on some great labels, producing and DJing is the passion and dream inside.

To see crowds dancing and enjoying themselves is the reward, it isn’t about money, it’s seeing people dance. Giving back to the community that she loves.
