With success, he established Westway Consulting which he grew from a small promo street team to a full service Music Industry consulting firm to include artist management and commercial radio promotions. Through the success of Westway, the major labels would quickly take notice of Lee’s expertise seeking him for themselves. The now CEO, would go on to spend years as Director of Marketing with JCOR Entertainment.
