Guilt Trip hits like a memory you can dance to — anxious bass pressure, skippy hats, and a smoky vocal flicker that keeps side-eyeing your conscience. The groove rolls in under a long, filter-teased intro, then snaps clean: rubbery low-end, punchy kick, and percussive stabs that feel equal parts accusation and escape. The break goes woozy and widescreen — reverb tails smear, delays wobble — like stepping a little too deep into the haze, then the build tightens the screws and the drop lands heavier than before. This song took way longer to release than it should have.  I just got new headphones to improve my mixing, so I was waiting to get them before I released this song to see if I would need to change or fix anything that I missed with my old headphones.  To me, the song was sounding great with the headphones I was using, so when I heard it with my new headphones...it sounded horrible.  It sounded so bad with the new headphones (which are MUCH better quality than my old ones, so they were picking up a lot of things I hadn't noticed before) that I didn't even know how to begin fixing it.  I decided not to waste any time with it and just release the song as is.  It's probably best if you don't play this song on any device with better quality that your earbuds, otherwise it will sound really bad.
Every song from this point on will be produced with better quality headphones (unless otherwise stated), so songs after this will sound much better.  Regardless, I hope you enjoy this new song!
