Explorando as fronteiras do jazz, o disco incorpora elementos de funk, música indiana, rock e sons eletrônicos, criando uma sonoridade densa e inovadora. Davis, sempre em busca de novas direções musicais, utilizou grooves repetitivos, batidas pesadas e improvisações desconstruídas, desafiando as convenções do jazz tradicional. Embora inicialmente criticado, o álbum foi mais tarde reconhecido como um álbum à frente de seu tempo, influenciando o jazz fusion, o hip-hop e a música eletrônica. Let me tell you something about life, old chum. It’s only a cabaret. Kill Nazis. November is for the musicals and we’re RAISING THE CURTAIN & BELTING THE CHORUS all month long and it’s time to hit up a Bob Fosse joint in this iconic adaptation starring stage legend and Queen of the Theatre Nerds, Liza Minelli. Bob is learning this shit for the first time but you theater nerds already know about the most prolific film in  Minelli’s life and career and it’s none other than Fosse’s 1961 hit “CABARET” also starring Michael York, Joel Grey and more. There is no richer era to strike negative social parallels than early to mid-century Germany. The Kit Kat Club seems like a grand ‘ol time but it’s only a matter of time before the audience turns on their entertainment. In the thick of it is Sally Bowls, lore accurate OG Manic Pixie Dream Girl, and her timid soon-to-be lover, Brian. It’s a freewheeling, song slinging, sugar baby life. Love has its ups and downs and sometimes you end hooking up with your girlfriend’s sugar daddy. It’s a rather unique story to tell to a broad audience in 1972 (and before). Ayele (a.k.a) W unequivocally condemns violence committed against girls and women irrespective of their racial backgrounds, their sexual orientations, their national origins, their religious affiliations, their disability status or their age groups. Still, Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W is vexed by the very bizarre and persistent frenzy that has targeted him on the internet ever since he made the decision to publish on digital platforms [1] some of his recollections on how he was in the month of January 2010 (as an undergraduate student of Westminster College) informed about the April 05th 1986 rape and murder of Jeanne Ann Clery before being told what constitutes affirmative and effective consent in healthy sexual relationships; [2] his questions about Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972; [3] his correspondence with agents of the U.S government on the circumstances that led up to the enactment of the Jeanne Clery Act on (or around) November 08th 1990; [4] his inquiry on the exact year American colleges and universities began teaching their undergraduate students what constitutes affirmative and effective consent in healthy sexual relationships…

I've been going through a bit of a Brussels period, with 1980 and now 1972 back to back. Led Zeppelin usually played well in Brussels, and this show is no exception. May 28, 1972 has the band in fine form as I play Immigrant Song/Heartbreaker and the entire acoustic set of Going to California, That's the Way, and Bron-y-Aur Stomp. Acoustic Zeppelin is always a treat and this is no different. 

This show captures a transition period as they become, and then embrace being, the biggest band in the world. I covered Dazed and Whole Lotta Love years and years ago, this is another view with different songs.

Hi all, so I have assembled and produced this collection of many of my favorite tunes as my own hobby (practically all instrumentals, and many during COVID lock-downs!) and I have accumulated over 2,600,000 plays across the world which is awesome!

I am much more of a producer that a musician. The music is mostly based on midi cover tracks often downloaded from the Internet but heavily reproduced and re-imagined variously on my two Yamaha keyboards (Clavinova and PSR 975), but also using PC midi editing & DAW software.

More recently, I have included some of my more original electronic music which I produced over the past two decades under the name of Funkleberry in order to consolidate my Soundcloud accounts.
