Gregory Isaacs "The Cool Ruler" est un grand chanteur jamaïcain, passé d'un style "lovers" à quelque chose de plus "ragga" à l'occasion de la sortie de son tube "Rumours" qui va relancer sa carrière en 1988 ... un beau titre qu'on a quelque peu réinterprété et qu'on vous livre ici, en hommage à un pionner du reggae.

Junior Byles fait partie des jamaïcains pionniers du reggae. Son titre "Fade away", écrit par Earl Chinna Smith (qui a joué notamment avec Bob Marley), nous a inspiré pour en faire une version plus personnelle, agrémentée de saturations et de dub.
