Het is geschreven door bandleden Paul Carnell en zangeres Lucia Holm. Het was een van de eerste technonummers die de Amerikaanse top 40 haalde. In juli 1995 werd hij gecoverd door de Nederlandse DJ Paul Elstak onder de titel "Luv U More".
