Každé ráno vstávám po páté a mám hodinku a půl pro sebe na svoje čarování, na svoje ranní rituály. Většinou se ladím se na den co přichází a na svoje sny” říká Kuba. “Kolem oběda mám pak další check-in. Napojím se na svůj dech a dopřeju si do 20 minut jen sám na sebe. Od té doby co to dělám se zlepšil můj hluboký spánek o 15%” pokračuje v našem rozhovoru Jakub. Pokud vás zajímá jak pracovat s vlastní energií, jak zlepšit vnímavost sebe sama, vyhnout se potenciálnímu burnoutu, jak jíst, spát a regenerovat, pak  si určitě pusťte dnešní Czechárnu.
