(This track is a demo where both the vocal and beat are recorded through my iPhone mic) First half of this track I wrote while struggling with drinking for a few months. Second half was finished the literal next day I came out of a mental hospital finally prescribed for MDD/Anxiety. There is 0 shame in struggling with depression/anxiety/addiction. Yes, it's fun to dive deeper into numbing yourself, but it never ends well. It's okay to accept that you might have a form of mental health issue. No one is better or worse because of that- and fuck you if you think you're above anyone struggling with their mental health. Therapy is very real, go find some. Not every solution is going to be the exact right answer, be willing to try different things. Love all, and thank you for listening/reading.
