Here's another one from Images. This one's from a Saturday night in October of 1986. I can see the soundbooth, adjacent to the dance floor, with the bar off to the left. I recall the whole environment as being a bit gauche. Too bright and white. Too prim and proper. That's what I liked about the Turgeon spots. They were lived in. The history mattered and it was all around you. Same with The Mushroom. My current hangs have the same feel. I guess it's me! Enjoy the trip back! It was fun AF!
