We live in a world where everything seems to be upside down. On average, we live longer but with a lower quality of life. With more rights than ever, but more oppressed than ever. With more free time, but less efficient use of it than ever. We are educated to multitask but also to not think too much. The gap between classes is rapidly growing, while companies have already dominated an apocalyptic world, which has a brief countdown for a million other reasons. And we wonder what just happened, how we've come to this, and how we can fix it. In the time we have a cigarette, a coffee or a foot massage. We take advantage of this little break to reflect on things that destroy us, and that we are overlooking just because we do not stop to think about the simplest things. Everybody is welcome to have a break with us, and to enjoy a little introspection time. Just relax, keep your guard down and listen.

Acoustic Cover Duo - World Pop and Alt Rock.

Franko Carino, better known as Fc is one of the original groundbreaking electronic musicians in North Florida.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Fc was raised during an exciting time in music when the synthesizer was really playing an important role in the music business.

Inspired by the musical style of his older brother, who was a huge Depeche Mode fan, Fc early figured that the electronic music style is where he belongs.

“Alan Wilder changed my life when I saw Depeche Mode 101 and watched him explaining how a sampler works, I knew from that point on that was what I wanted to do.”

By the time he was 15 then, he got his first keyboard, an Emu Emax, which was the changing point in his life. 
He was blown away by the endless things he could create with a sampler and started to make his own sounds right away.

Around the time he was 16 years old, he went to his first rave, where he heard the song “Their Law by The Prodigy”, which inspired him to make his own sounds and experiment with different ways of creating electronic music.

A year later, he did not just discover his real passion for music, but also his talent in producing and writing music himself.

Fc also started to DJ house parties and guest spots in Jacksonville at the age of 17. 
Receiving great reactions and adding his unique touch to Djing. 
“I didn’t want to do what everyone else was doing, so I started to just remix on the fly and creating mash ups on the spot. I never wanted people to hear the same set twice.”

He also joined mainly industrial bands during his early career but always made dance music and hip hop on the side. 
He definitely has his own style of production, making beats for local hip hop artist’s and industrial bands in Jacksonville as well as studying at Audio Playground Synthesizer Museum and recording Studio in Orlando, Florida.

At the age of 23 he linked up with Scott Weiser (Jackal & Hyde) and learned a lot about sound design and being unique with his art.

“I really had some great teachers from Scott, Lethal and Sam and everyone in between.”

With every project he has been a part of so far, he's brought a higher sense of energy as well as freshness to how electronic music is approached. 
He has worked with some great musicians, producers and engineers like Scott Weiser (Jackal & Hyde), Dj Lethal (Limp Bizkit/House Of Pain), Sam Rivers (Limp Bizkit), John Otto (Limp Bizkit) and Terry Balsamo (Evanescence / Cold).

Now with the knowledge and drive acquired from his inspirations and influences, Fc is ready to take his unique blend of electronic music to the masses.

In 2012, Fc Became the touring DJ for Limp Bizkit after the departure of DJ Lethal. He toured under the persona DJ SK3L3TOR but removed the mask in 2013.

A danceable manic depression

From the very first beat, music has been more than a passion—it's been a way of life. I began DJing at the age of 18, spinning trance records at Le Contre Temps bar in Pau, France. What started as a local gig quickly evolved into something much greater. I became a resident at the iconic BPM Club and launched my own radio show on Paris One, where I curated and hosted a wide range of talent.
Being born nearby german border, my brother was a dj in local radio station playing all trance&house anthems from the 90s, bringing in the very streets of love parades before the 2000.

My sets and shows featured not only the local heroes of the Zona Norte scene, but also international heavyweights such as Cor Fijnman (Black Hole Recordings), Sander Van Doorn, Mark Norman, Marco V, Frank Traxx, and Mauro Picotto. A close friendship with Julius MC led to memorable performances alongside Brian Cross (Armada Ibiza) and club gigs throughout Spain and the UK.
Over time, my style evolved from euphoric trance to deeper, more progressive sounds, heavily inspired by the legendary John Digweed and Sasha. I had the chance to meet and play alongside them at Watersplash in Jersey—an unforgettable milestone.
As BPM Club transitioned into Bindy Club, my love for German electronic music found its stage. Fluent in German, I became a regular guest whenever Berlin’s underground legends came to town, thanks to Théo (official booker for Oscar Mulero). I shared lineups with artists like Sascha Funke (Kompakt, creator of Mango), Kiki (BPitch Control), Karotte, Michael Mayer, and many more. From 2010 to 2013, under the guidance of BPM Club’s Richard Fernandez, I became a key Itzela Resident DJ, performing every weekend for three years. My sets moved crowds of hundreds weekly—and sometimes thousands at regional festivals—cementing my role in the vibrant history of the Zona Norte scene.
In collaboration with Le Café du Parc (Matthieu from Le Pingouin Alternatif), I played for Kitsuné Club Nights and numerous open-air Fête de la Musique events, performing in front of hundreds. It was there I met Bruno (Xinobi), a favorite of mine, André Dalcan & Ludmila (Onirism) and Joachim Pastor, with whom I’ve stayed in touch since.
Though I never pursued music as a full-time profession, the passion never faded. My last live set was in 2014, opening for Sascha Braemer at Le Petit Bain in Paris.
My personal life has always danced to an electronic rhythm. I met my wife—an electronic music lover and longtime fan of Pulp—at Badaboum during a set by Chloé and Jennifer Cardini. In 2017, we were regulars at Concrete and Innervisions nights, vibing to Seth Troxler, Âme, Dixon, Stephan Bodzin, and Papa Sven (Väth), whom we followed around the globe.
2018 was our electronic world tour—Jan Blomqvist in Madrid, Trentemøller in London—and I proposed in New York, in front of the legendary Laurent Garnier.
Today, I still mix weekly at home, breaking my Beatport budget and diving deep into every streaming platform. SoundCloud remains my networking playground. Whenever I visit Berlin from Poland (where my wife’s family lives), you’ll find me on the dancefloor at Ritter Butzke, and in the past, Watergate for their epic closing parties.
I love music. I love people. And while this isn’t about food—just like DJing—I put the same soul into cooking as I do into mixing. Both are about creating moments that connect us.
